Default Recommended Low calorie cook-book in uk?

As subject

Looking for something comprehensive which will tell me exactly how many
calories I can expect in the meal (if I weigh the stuff right and use the
right ingredients) so I can keep my calorie count how I like at least most
of the time. I'd like to see a wide range of recipies that are
understandable for even a 24 year old bloke to cook :-)

Thanks in advance...
