Default Plan B

I've been holding at this weight level for some time now, and I've got to
conclude that my quiescent metabolism has finally fallen off considerably.
All in all it's been a pretty good ride, down 19 pounds in about a month,
but now it's time for Plan B.

I've been holding daily consumption to 500 calories per day. Now I'm going
to tease that up to about 1000-1200 so that, hopefully, basal metabolism
will rise. Even if it doesn't I'm still running a pretty fair calorie
deficit. The only change is what the new rate of change will be.

Carry on, folks.
