Default Day 26 -- no change

Day 26 and still at 227. Scale is hovering there as I got on it today,
but nothing lower, so still 9 pounds gone.

Had about 1600 calories yesterday. Too much but better than before.

I've told my friends that I'm interested again in hiking and camping
the first part of October – this time we're going to try to go up
Middle Sisters and will require crampons, etc. Losing weight sure
makes it easier to go hiking.

Last night we got to bed early and that felt wonderful. We had been up
a lot the night before as our son was finishing a book for the start
of school. So today my wife and I both feel great!

I hope everyone has a great day and weekend ahead!

Yours,

Caleb

Default Defending calorie counting...

Hard to imagine me defending a yo-yo dieter...
But...

1) EVEN ON ATKINS...YOU CAN NOT LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS YOU CUT BACK ON CALORIES....

2) Weight is defined by CALORIES....not carbs...

3) Since you are obviously educationally deficient....please read the title of this forum...LOW CALORIES...

4) If you haven't noticed, Caleb has not posted in over a week....YOU brought his Yo-yo diet scheme back to the top....

Why don't you go to the Low Carb forum instead...
