om...
I am new to the environment of Weight Watchers.

And just like any dieting "purist" could have predicted, I
underestimated my food intake by having relied on memory alone and
avoiding journaling my portions. For eight months, OMG!

But underestimating only by about 20% on average, I think.

I am now in an environment surrounded by The Flex-Points Brigade from
Weight Watchers and all associated bells and whistles.

(Actually, my sister is a Lifetime Member, but she can eat like a
horse sometimes without having kept up with the tae bo and interval
training (for over a year) because of the hard physical labor nature
of her job and career. Not so yours truly.)

However, I have stuck to my balanced calorie counting (and with great
success, overall) for nearly nine months. My diet is nearly totally
based on a competitor to Weight Watchers.

Since I am feeling really limber these days, I decided to lower my
goal again (as taken on my home scale) to a scant 143 pounds. (Scant
for me, anyway!)

It is proving to be simple but still not easy.

1,100 calories and some
flex calories thrown in
(but everything journaled)
