Happy to report that I've now been on track for 3 weeks, minus just
one evening of excess (well, no one's perfect g). This, in itself,
feels even better than seeing the numbers start to move on the scale
-- knowing I'm in control and determining my fate. However, I must
admit to a lovely thrill this morning as I saw "156" -- Yes! Last
week I lost one (not bad, but hoped for more). Thanksfully, I kept
up my momentum and was rewarded with dropping 3 pounds this time
around.

I'm definitely gearing up toward DH's big trip, coming up this Sunday.
He'll be gone for about 10 days and it's always a hard time for me.
However, I know it's easier if I have already built up a "foundation"
of days on track, so I'm determined to stay the course over this
coming week. Until next time. Best of luck to all,

Gail
