LC pancake recipe
Help! I can't find my pancake recipe and can't remember the correct
"proportions" of the ingredients. It has sour cream, soy flour, vanilla, egg, etc. Can anyone help? Mary |

LC pancake recipe
I use three eggs, 2 tablespoons soya flour, enough unsweetened soya milk
(about 250ml) to make good batter. Fry, then sprinkle with ground almonds, splenda and lemon juice - yummy. Usually makes about 4 large pancakes John "Onetruetexanw" wrote in message ... Help! I'll chime in with a big thumbs-up for the Trey's Flaxmeal Pancakes
(below). I was very skeptical about these before I made them ... but they're great, a lot like little whole-wheat pancakes. I don't make them often, but they're a terrific weekend breakfast when I want to satisfy that pancake jones. Yep, and the sour cream adds a little of tang to it that in my opinion gives the illusion of a hint of fruit (somewhat like the jiffy apple or blueberry muffin mix). revek "Dawn Taylor" wrote in message ... Gotta drag the grill out of one of our zillion boxes, and make another batch. We just bought a ten pound box of bacon at Sam's Club. Nice and meaty. I have some in the oven right now. That'll go great with the pancakes! Carol -- 226/195/150 October Challenge Goal - 191 http://photos.yahoo.com/carol_arie/ Atkins since January 26, 2003 Type 2 Diabetic since May 15, 2001 |
