2 weeks from lifetime
I remain 2 weeks away from lifetime and the adjustment has been tough...I am
now 1 lb from where I need to be and have no doubt at least for today that all is well and I have accomplished something which took me 54 years...I only hope I can now learn to live within certain parameters when it comes to food...Will,...Audrey and Stormee have been great support as have many more...Some seem to come and then disappear...I think I now must remain involved to continually remind me of my ultimate direction and maybe I'll work the desk one night a week just to stay involved...Audrey I hope I'm right in telling you congratulation on being back where you want to be...GG |

2 weeks from lifetime
You can so do this Gary!
I agree about staying connected. Working for WW helps in a way and doesn't in a way. I think the key for me is to go to meetings as a member.. just be there, hearing people succeed, or be stuck, or just sailing through... That's why there's lifetime membership... it won't be over in 2 weeks... the fun begins! Will~ "Gary G" wrote in message ... 2 weeks from lifetime
Gary
You will do this! The main thing is to not look at being at your goal as the end of the journey. I'm lifetime now, and I still go to my weekly meetings, and journal. Its not really a problem to continue those things. The way I look at it, is if I stopped doing these things and gained the weight back I would be logging insulin injections and glucose levels eventually , and I think that is not where I want to be. Have faith that you will make it, because that determination is very important to your success.
