Sleepless nights
since being on low carb find that I fall asleep reasonably quickly
butkeep waking up every few hours....Does anyone have the same problem....have lost 1st 7lb in total and over the moon about it but missing my sleep....yawn! |

Does anyone have the same problem.... In my first week on Atkins I barely slept an hour each night. Then the amount I slept headed for normal again. It's more common for folks to sleep extra during the adjustment, but either more or less are common. |
