Default 199 Pounds!

My "prediction" was off by a day but I managed to get under 200 pounds this
morning, the first time in many, many years.

Feels good.

Wow JJ, that is great! I remember that day and it was a big one. Keep up
the good work. Man, you have lost lots of weight in a very short time. You
must be on the plan and not pretending.

Congrats to you!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember that feeling myself. I need to start
reading more posts like yours to get a renewed sense of energy for LCing. I
have been complacent and I need to be a more proactive person. Thanks for
the (inadvertent) wakeup call .
