I worn the same Mom uniform of jeans and teeshirts because they were
comfortable and there's better stuff to spend money on. The things
you learn on Usenet. :-)

On a more serious note, what's the big deal? She isn't into clothes.
Not everyone is. That's not a negative discriminator to me.

Models and actresses get their clothes for free or at a discount. If I was
given free clothes, I'd wear something new every day.

Faced with a choice between a high maintenance clothes horse and a real
woman with something going on between her ears for first lady, I'll take
Judy Dean every time. Too bad people make such critical choices based on
such shallow criteria.
