What a week my sister had. Me, well my second lowest weight yesterday
morning at 200.00... I was happy, but I cheated yesterday.

My sister is the big news. She is down, this morning....drum roll
please!!!....334.4.....remember her starting weight on July 1, 2004 was 358.
She is so excited. My blatantly honest daughter said last night after not
seeing her since 8/8..."Wow, you have lost weight!!"
We realized the UTI sensation was an overt sign that she was in ketosis and
that she gets there fast now. We still do Shabbat from Friday night to
Saturday night in which we can have anything we want. She is more diligent
than I. So, we start back on Sunday and by Monday night she gets that
ketosis feeling and stays on the plan until Shabbat again.

My strip went pink on Tuesday.

The beauty of all this is that...I am more a foodaholic than her now. She
went to her new book club meeting on Tuesday. They had pie and cake and all
sorts of goodies and she said. "I am on low carb." She went into the soft
serve ice-cream place to ask if they had low carb soft serve and when they
said no, she walked out!!! She said there was a look of amazement on the
face of the boy behind the counter and a lady sitting at a table.

God showed me that all I had to do was believe and be a food Nazi.

I looked in at my sister and my mom watching the Olympics last night. When
my sister arrived here she looked abnormal, like an overblown balloon. Last
night she looked absolutely normal, even at 334.4. She has hope!! Thank
you God!!

Tell her to keep up the good work.
