A little self-control perhaps? ;-)

The Perfect Pill - Formulated to Nutritionally Support Healthy Weight
Loss. This formula utilizes nutrients in the most absorbable and potent
form available. Most companies compromise the nutrients by utilizing
poorly absorbed forms or synthetically derived fractions of the
specific nutrients research has shown to be effective.
For accelerated fat-loss support and increased performance, you need
help with reducing hunger, utilizing fat, enhancing metabolism, and
increasing true energy levels. The Perfect Pill is powered by a
revolutionary blend delivering all natural support for healthy weight
loss, without using ephedra stimulants. Unlike dangerous fat blockers,
The Perfect Pill works by helping support healthy digestion of stored
fat and a healthy metabolism. Lipase is the enzyme responsible for
breaking down fat, making it available for utilization as energy.
Without lipase, fat is stored as excess body fat.
That is why I encourage you to try The Perfect Pill - Formulated to
Nutritionally Support Healthy Weight Loss. 100% Risk Free!

Portion control, upping your exercise and jumping right back on the
wagon at the first opportunity. But enjoy your holidays - even if that
means eating food you otherwise would avoid.

Staying on your personal weight-loss plan while on a vacation can be very difficult. Perhaps if you can keep yourself focused on the main reason for your vacation it would help.

For example, did you go on vacation for the purpose of gaining weight? Of course not!!

You went on vacation to have some fun, to relax, to enjoy yourself - all these good things.

But while vacationing remember that one of your main goals in life is to maintain a healthy weight. Therefore you may sample wine and cheese, but stop to taste the wine and cheese - don't just gobble them down. And attending a lavish dinner is great fun, but you really don't need to eat everything offered.

So enjoy your vacation, control the portions of food you eat, and remember that you really, REALLY want to stay on your diet plan.
