Thanks Giggles 183.8/165.4/140 Basically, it's WW's way of saying, "If you exercise, you may eat more." Food in, energy out. I personally don't worry with activity points, but a lot of people do. If you use an activity point slider (which they will give you after a certain amount of time), it helps you learn what activites allow for extra intake without a weight gain.
