Thanks Brenda. I'm slowly feeling better. I'm off the drugs entirely
now, so that's something.

Oh Erin, toothache is never fun! Take care of yourself, and I'm pleased to
read that you're feeling better already. That 0.5kg will take care of
itself once you get off those nasty drugs I'm sure.

It sounds like you really enjoyed the horseriding though, which I guess
almost balances things out nicely. Good luck for next week.

In more ways than one. Most important, my weight was up again, by
about half a kilo, 1 pound. I can attribute this to a few things, too
much food, not enough water and drugs. I had to have a tooth removed
and the swelling and pain is horrendous. I'm retaining water by the
bucketload, thanks mainly to the drugs I think. I've had to change
what I was taking because it was making me vacant, dizzy and tired. I
got a stomach ache after dinner last night so went to lie down for a
few minutes. Next thing I knew it was midnight and my husband was
waking me up because he was worried about me. Needless to say, my next
HHH report is not going to be that flash.

On an up note though, I did get to go horseriding on Wednesday
morning. We took the kids as a playcentre trip and we all had a blast.
The owners saddled a horse just for me and I got to spend an hour
taking the kids for rides around the arena. Then I got invited back to
do some dressage. My riding skills haven't disappeared like I thought
they would've :-)

My husband will be updating my website in a few weeks so I'll let you
know when you can new pics.

Thanks Julie. I've been invited to a drunken party tonight, and we all
know what a good pain killer alcohol is ;-)

I'm off the drugs, and the scale has moved down. With a bit of luck,
and hard work, I might be able to post a decent loss next week.

It does really. In fact, for the most part it's been a great week,
albeit a very busy one. It was my daughter's 4th birthday on Tuesday.

Good luck for next week.

Thanks :-)

ah - one of *those* weeks. However, being able to explain it away doesn't
help you feel 100% better about it, does it? Next week is just bound to
be better......

Oh, new pics! YAY, Erin! Can't wait to see! I haven't been
horsebackriding since I was about 12yrs old in Girl Scouts. Would be FUN!
Maybe that will be my Onederland reward (along with getting my hair
hilighted... lol hopefully I will reach Onederland by the time I'm 30 -
2006).

And sorry for your gain, I hope your tooth pain is better now... that hurts
I know! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth literally cut out of my gums when I
was in college. Awful stuff! Hang in there sweetie!

Not really. Gains suck regardless of the reason.

Next week is just bound to

I hope so. Thanks Krys :-)

It'll be a couple of weeks, but before Christmas. Hubby is on a tight
deadline until the end of the month but then I'll get him onto it.

You should definitely do it. I used to be a riding instructor and I
had kind of forgotten how much I miss it. It's an expensive hobby
unfortunately. I'll take it up again when the kids have left home ;-)

(along with getting my hair
hilighted... lol hopefully I will reach Onederland by the time I'm 30 -

You'll get there, and I bet your hair will look fab :-)

Thanks Kristin. It's getting better day by day. Just a bit of swelling
left now. I'm getting back on program and ready to tackle the silly
season.
