First an update on Week 5: More results came in after the last posting,
the current stats are a whopping 45 people reporting in, with 3/45
exercising 5 days a week and 21/45 exercising more than 5 days, or 53%
in total exercising 5 or more days a week. Wow!

Week 6 has had 23 participants send in reports so far, with 5/23 at 5
days a week and 6/23 at more than five days, or 48% exercising 5 or more
days a week.

The website should be completely updated now - please check to make sure
that I've got your latest stats up there! With going between 2
different locations I've been trying to be extra careful not to miss
anyone, but sometimes mistakes do happen!

Thanks,

Amberle3

Hi, Amberle, Thanks for doing the exercise challenge. It has been a great
help to me. Even though, it doesn't seem as if I have lost weight, I have
found my waist once more and I am happy with that.

I'm going to apologize in advance for this...

"A waist is a terrible thing to mind"

Sorry, couldn't resist.

I'm glad that you're seeing some results from the exercise challenge!

I wonder if we should be doing an "inches" challenge and tracking waist
measurements as well - wonder how much we could lose?

Hi Amberle...

Sorry I haven't kept you up to date with my exercise. Put me down for just
one time the last 2 weeks (weeks 6 and 7). Thanks, dear!

Is it going to get any better now? Life here is getting crazier as
Christmas gets closer. I can barely stop to breathe some days.

LOL good question, Erin. I KNOW it's going to get worse as November goes
on... all we have to do is go with the flow and hope it all works out in the
end, right?

Right. We can only do our best. I'm going to have to do heaps of
baking if I'm going to stay on program, as wonky as that sounds. At
least if I bake things myself, I know what's in them and I can make
them low points. My 2 favourite christmas treats are very point
friendly, so I really only have to watch the alcohol, which could be a
challenge with the friends I have ;-)
