Default This weeks WI

I still can't believe it - I keep looking at my card and giggling...

I lost 4 lbs last night - and have received my first Silver Seven!!!

Thats 9 lb lost so far, plenty more to go, but I can finally say "I've
lost over half a stone on WW!"

And all your encouragement earlier has done a lot to go towards this -
when I could have just given up and moved into the fridge for the last
few weeks, you have given me the encouragement to keep on with WW and
not loose faith in myself - thank you thank you thank you one and all!
