Default NYNY, HHH - Maintenance and a reassessment

Yes, this month month already will be a trial and you are below goal
and doing well with maintenance. I use to really like jogging my 3
miles early in the morning. It did set the mood for the whole day.

I did 4 lots of exercise this week. I've finally realised that I actually
*like* walking in the mornings before breakfast. I skipped Monday this week
and it took me half the morning to wake up. Normally by the time I've been
for my walk and showered and eaten I'm feeling really good. I may go for 5
next week.

I'm wondering, given my loss/gain/maintain record over the past month or so,
whether I might not just stay where I am for the time being. It coming up
to that time of year, and my weekends are rapidly becomming booked with
festivities. It's hard enough to maintain at the moment, let alone try to
lose more. I'm under goal, all my clothes fit, and I'm feeling good. I'm
going to spend the next week seeing how I feel about the whole thing, and I
might change my NYNY goal, and my sig next week.

Our TV is broken at the moment, so I'm going to be spending more time in my
NGs trying to keep myself occupied. Talk away guys!

LOL. Congrats on the maintain Julie. I think you may have the right
idea about staying where you are for the moment. The holidays are hard
enough as it is.

To quote an old ad we used to have, how will you cope with no TV? ;-)
Feel free to email me if you get bored enough ;-) I'm not up to doing
much else at the moment. Moving hurts.

Our TV has been broken since October 30th and they just this week sent in
for a part. Ugh. Only thing I really miss is doing my WATP DVD. I could
do it from my computer I guess, but there's NO room in here like there is in
the living room. Ah well. Hopefully we'll get it back eventually.

Anyway, congrats on your maintain.

Congratulations on the maintain Julie! It's better than a gain! Good job
on the exercise too. I used to like walking early in the morning, but now
that I have a little one, it's difficult to get going in the mornings.
Heck, I have a difficult time getting to our shop by 9:00!

Good luck during the upcoming festivities. I think it's going to be
difficult for us all, but all we can do is our best.
