cholesterol is now 171! All levels good. The doctor was quite proud of

All without medicine. Just good healthy eating thanks to WW. I am eating
less meat, very little fat, or cheese and exercising.

So there are other reasons for joining WW besides losing weight.

I did not expect the Cholesterol to go down so it was a surprise to me. It's
been 200+ for about 15 years. My mother's got has high as 350+ a few years
ago. Took a long time with medication for it to finally come down to
acceptable levels.

Oh, well done! Sometimes that side of it gets ignored in the battle
with the scales, but it's just as important as the weight loss.

what a wonderful NSV, and maybe your body was doing all of that readjustment
during your plateau time and is now ready to resume with a whoosh!!! Lee

Oh, then I have a NSV too! I just went for my blood work. I have diabetes,
I imagine because of my weight. My b/g read only yesterday morning.

This doctor has never said anything bad about WW. I haven't had my regular
physical with her yet just the gyn exam. Her speciality is Women's Health.

She did ask me if I liked Curves. When I told her I loved it she said that
a lot of her patients go there and like it too.

Thanks. My mother frequently asks me what my cholesterol levels are. Now I
can tell her how they have gone down without the aid of medicine. She needed
medicine to get hers to normal levels.
