Can anyone tell me how many calories equal a point? I am using a pedometer
to track my walking and it gives me steps, kilometers and calories. How do
I change it to points?

For exercise, one point is calculated at 100 calories. For food, it depends
on the fat content...anywhere from 35 calories to 100 and up. Average for
food is 50-60 in my experience.
