erm, is this article TRUE to any extent?
That 4.5 percent sure doesn't sound accurate if people were really sticking
to the program. I have lost 11% in about five months without counting calories, keeping track of everything I eat or exercising. I had no desire to pig out on Thanksgiving and don't feel tempted by carby things at all so I can see myself eating this way for the rest of my life. Steven C. The facts are that no weight loss program is ultimately successful at
