Default Week 27, and a lot of changes

Wow, what a week. First, I've lost 6.4 pounds in the last seven days! I
might bounce back up a bit tomorrow but I still find it incredible! That's
the biggest weekly loss I've had so far. Only thing I can think I'm doing
differently is making sure I have enough skim milk, yesterday I drank three
12-ounce glasses of milk.

The other news is that I interviewed with Weight Watchers and I'll be
working for them again, as a leader! I was a leader with WW about ten years
ago but had to leave because of other commitments. I really loved working
for WW and am glad I can do so, again. The Territory Manager remembered me
and did not hesitate at all offering me the job. The TM wants me as a
leader for At-Work meetings and that suits me just fine. I'll have to go
through all the training again but it should be fun. Its also a very good
excuse to buy new clothes.

I also interviewed for a job as part-time bookkeeper for a church and
yesterday I found out I'm one of three who will be called back for a second
interview. Yippee! I may be gainfully employed again!

Looking at my weekly statistics (below) I see I need to reduce my fat
calories and bump up my protein a bit, but everything is within the limits
I've set for myself. That may change, though, after my first class tonight
with the diabetic nutritionalist. I have a ton of questions I want
answered, and with two 2.5 hour sessions I expect to get a lot of
information.

All in all it has been a terrific week.
