Hi Everyone
Hello Everyone,
Sorry I haven't been around for a while. I've been working now for about 3 months and the time has gone fast. I never got to my goal of 175, at least not yet. I did get down to 179, but due to my work schedule, I've cut back on the amount of hours to exercise. I've also have slacked a bit on my eating habits, but still eat better than I have most of my life. My weight stays between 180 and 185. The last three nights I have gone to the gym and spent an hour each night on the eliptical machine, burning around 3300 calories. I hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss goals and maintenance. I'll try to get in here more often than I have in the last three months. For those of you who don't know or remember me I weighed 300 pounds last August 27th I believe. I've lost around 120 pounds in less than a year. Oh yes I turned the big 40 about a week ago and am very happy about my results over the last year. Sheding the weight that I have, has really helped me get around better since my flying accident back in July 2001. Well I'll check back tomorrow to see how everyone is doing. Adios, Paul Patterson |
