Default I Made It

Well, Thanksgiving has come and passed and I was able to stay away from my
'trigger foods'. I am so very grateful! I gave away most of the leftovers to
friends and family. I had a dessert party for a few guests and I had my SF
Jell-O with a bit of whipped cream.
I made myself a few special low carb foods and it worked out well.
There are still leftovers in the fridge which I have been staying away from
and it's not that bad. I guess I'm determined this time, One Day at a Time!
I have no clue as to what tomorrow may bring, I will just get through today.
It helps too since I lost the weight and I am on maintenance, I am not as
hungry as I used to be.
BTW, I lost another 4-5 pounds and have to add a few more carbs in the form
of fruit or veggies to my diet.
Christmas will be another challenge. I hope to be able to have a few of the
Italian traditional foods we have on Christmas Eve. We'll see! For now, it's
just today that counts.
Thanks for listening!
Jo-Ann

Good for you!

One Day at a Time!

Ain't that the truth.

Well, I certainly can't wait until I get to that point.

You survived Thanksgiving, so just prepare yourself for Christmas the
same way, maybe even a planned cheat.
