Smith I have come to the conclusion that heredity is the biggest factor in the cholesterol wars. My levels have been pretty much the same for the last 30 years of my life, despite high carb, low fat, low carb lifestyle changes. Like you I eat tons of meat and fat almost every day, and my recent colonoscopy was perfect! -- *Atkins guy, 50 lbs permanently off over 6 years! -- JK Sinrod Sinrod Stained Glass Studios www.sinrodstudios.com Coney Island Memories www.sinrodstudios.com/coneymemories |

Smith How has your diet turned out weight-loss-wise? I lost about fifty out of the hundred pounds I wanted to shed. My goal wasn't so much weight reduction, though, as it was blood sugar stabilization. It was always low, no matter how much I ate. Now, though, it's in pretty good shape. It's not prefect, but then, I have fibromyalgia, which means I can't use the energy I take in very effeciently. Smith |
