Food & Exercise -- 7/1/2007
This morning we had breakfast at a diner w/ DH's family, then drove
home. I didn't run today, but I did go swimming, and DH and I took a short evening walk. Breakfast was indulgent, but eating the rest of the day has been moderate. Food: * 10:15 (diner): orange juice; 2 eggs over easy; 2 peanut butter cup pancakes w/ syrup {Obviously the pancakes are not a good diet choice, but I have them every time we go to this place :-).} * 4:00 (pool cafe): 1 cup fresh fruit pieces * 8:00 (home): grilled rockfish; whipped sweet potatoes; creamed corn; 1 glass wine {left-overs from Friday night's dinner -- not too large a portion of anything, but adequate} Exercise: * 3:30 -- 6:00: Swimming -- 3 x 12 lengths * 6:45: ~ 1 1/4 mile easy hike Chris 262/130s/130s |
