Chest Exercises - Reduce Breast Fat
Chest Exercises - Reduce Breast Fat
Hey, I'm about 5'10'' 185 lbs, I've been working out for the past 2 weeks to lose some body fat, and have been seeing great progress - especially in my arms and stomach. However, one of the things that seems to give me a lot of trouble in dealing with is my chest area. At first I thought maybe I had Gynecomastia (spelling?) but I went and talked to my doctor and said that I just needed to lose some weight and the fat under the nipples would diminish pretty quickly. I didn't expect to see major results in 2 weeks, but I've been wondering what I could do to target that area when it comes to exercises. I go to the gym every other day (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) and just use my bench at home on the weekends. I'm not to knowledgeable about the names of the exercises I do, I just go through the circuit of machines at the gym. But I'd say 75% of what I do focuses on my stomach & arms, specifically the biceps. I'm just looking for an exercise or something that I can look for at the gym and possibly even do at home that will target and eliminate body fat in the chest region, if anyone knows, that would be awesome. http://www.yonghenggzs.cn/forum/index.php?topic=66.0 |

It's not your fault, you're not secretly a woman -- we're an intensely estrogenic civilization. Some possible culprits include nonorganic meats of any type, soy products, any drugs you happen to be on, nuking things in non-nukable containers, and smoking pot or drinking beer. Yeah, seriously. Just for the hell of it, you could try cutting these things out of your diet. If you're going to eat meat, spend the extra cash and eat organic, including eggs and milk. No pot, no beer, in fact steer clear of all the opioids in your life. Dump the antidepressants. Notorious. If that doesn't work or you see some improvement but not enough, you could try herbs that act as estrogen competitors or testosterone boosters. Reasearch these carefully, though. Try the better bodybuilder sites that talk about pharma. I bet they have a few suggestions, which should be swallowed with a generous portion of NaCl. c Let's play Chemicals! |
