If anyone else would like to post their weekly workouts, please do so.

Mon: weights & core work
Tues: 2 miles, hill work (up and down the nasty hills next my
apartment, ug!)
Wed: 3 miles, slow pace of 10 min miles
Thurs: 2 miles, mid tempo, 9 min mile, with a warm of up 10 min miles,
the first and last half mile
Fri: no work out
Sat: 2.5 miles, mid tempo
Sun: 6 miles LSD (long slow distance, 10 min miles)

Total for week: 15.5 miles
Total for 2007: 15.5 miles

I am envious of those 9 minute miles! I'm determined to be running them
myself by the end of this year!

I have no doubt you'll be running them long before that.

All of you are so inspirational to me...just wanted to share that.

Monday: ten minutes on recumbent exerciser, ten minutes of lifting - I
was too ill from overindulging the night before.
Tuesday: - overtime at work, no exercise.
Wednesday: sick with office flu.
Thursday: 30 minutes lower body lifting, 20 minutes cardio.
Friday: 30 minutes chest and shoulders, 20 minutes cardio.
Saturday: 30 minutes biking, 30 minutes walking.
Sunday: 38 minute/3 mile biking, 13 minutes exercise bike at gym, 25
minutes lifting.

This was a horrible week - between work, sickness, and other matters
exercise took a back burner. Now to get back to the rountine....

I resumed my floor climbing yesterday. I climbed 70 floors in my
apartment building yesterday. I want to do it every other day and
slowly increasing to 140 floors.

That's great exercise (as long as your knees are handling it okay)!

So far, so good. I had problems in the past with the knees and shins,
but I don't have anymore since I tie my shoes properly and do shin
stretches.
