Monday: ten minutes on recumbent exerciser, ten minutes of lifting - I was too ill from overindulging the night before. Tuesday: - overtime at work, no exercise. Wednesday: sick with office flu. Thursday: 30 minutes lower body lifting, 20 minutes cardio. Friday: 30 minutes chest and shoulders, 20 minutes cardio. Saturday: 30 minutes biking, 30 minutes walking. Sunday: 38 minute/3 mile biking, 13 minutes exercise bike at gym, 25 minutes lifting. This was a horrible week - between work, sickness, and other matters exercise took a back burner.
