New to this group, not to WW
So I've been on WW for 3 months and have lost 15 pounds. I'm loving
this program, but need to cut corners financially, and wondering if there's any good sites on the www that allow food journaling, recipe building, and nutritional information simular to Weigh****chers.com. I'm currently using fitday.com, but can't seem to locate a recipe builder there, and that's a big one for me. Any suggestions would be very appreciated! |

I am sure there are some but would make sure I had cut every other place
before WW, welcome and good luck... you can do recipes by hand , make a spread sheet, name of ingredient, total calories, total fat total fiber for each ingredient, then total all up then divide each total by the servings and figure the points per serving, again welcome, Lee wrote in message oups.com... sparkpeople.com might work for you. it has similar tools to fitday.com
(free) and it also has a recipe builder/calculator. you can also get to their recipe calculator at http://www.sparkrecipes.com/ On 31 May 2007 10:35:33 -0700, wrote: So I've been on WW for 3 months and have lost 15 pounds.
