Default Official Starting Weight is 325 -- or 25 pounds over the rated weight of the scale

Well here it is: official weigh in this morning is 325, or 25 pounds over
the rated weight of the scale.

Since I fell asleep before I could finish eating the the "bad" foods, this
morning is "emergency dump" time :-)

Ya'll take care,

Jason

Then don't be bummed out if you don't seem to be losing weight for
a while....
