My stall is broken. I stepped on the scales this morning and saw "195". I
really didn't expect to see any difference and thought that maybe in a day
or two I'd see "196". Two whole pounds is almost miraculous!

T-woman,
Congrats! You are just GLOWING today as you look and feel so great! It
just goes to show that sticking with your WOE/WOL will really take you
to where you are going and the word CONTROL is what makes it all work.

Again, GOOD FOR YOU!
HAPPY DANCE HERE

Congrats. I know that, having recently been there done that, a stall is
discouraging and annoying. But, when it breaks, it is so exhilarating! I
am now up to 17.5 lbs lost since October...slow, but I really had a trial
over the holidays and had to lose about 8 pounds twice. Keep up the good
work.

Elise.

Way to go, Elise! (By the way, I won't be coming in to the gym today.
The roads are too nasty for me to want to make the drive there and
back.)

It's when you eat a relatively strict diet but occasionally have a "free"
meal or day. The way I used to do it was I'd keep my calories around 1200
all week, and friday night I'd go out and eat whatever I wanted for dinner -
from bread, bloomin' onions and creamy soup, to a big steak, baked potato,
beer, and dessert. Then, back to normal. Some of my worst weight loss
stalls were broken with a refeed. Some people do this once a week, some
every other week.

Yay! and you even got to enjoy pizza! I can't stand pizza anymore, but I
do like being able to enjoy other things. Did your hormone thing ever
straighten itself out?

Not really. I'm going to see if Aunt Flo makes an appearance by February
15th and if she doesn't, I'll pay a visit to my gyno.
