Default Something this WOE has taught me..

Is better organization for my eating and the eating habits of my
children. It has been a windy path of self discovery these last 3 months
as things have evolved and changed. I think the organization of it all
is what I appreciate the most - Learning how to shop better, plan meals
better, plan activities better just.. in general be a better prepared
more focused productive human being. I hope that this continues for me
and that I gain more and more insight into myself.

There's a difference in Living and Living Well (George Strait)

I don't have any questions related to that subject, just wanted to post
that thought.
