Motivation game report 5-18-06
I didn't make it, by choice, but still!
1- Earn at LEAST 2 APs (doesn't sound like much but with my hurt back it ain't easy !) no roll overs! *Whistle innocently* I spent the day working in my paperwork, redoing next week's meeting and stuff.. then I had a meeting and when I came home I was tired and.... *sigh* I didn't... snif.. and no worthy excuse, I didn't in the morning because my bad knee was acting up, but I could have made up for it later.. lazy b@tt.. grrr.. 2- Track every morsel of food and drop of drink that comes my way. Absolutely ! 3- Stay within my points (counting flex pts, I've got a life see?) I did, ate my 22 and 3 WPAs... which leaves me with 32 WPA for 2 days left in my week (not counting the cooking class which was off...) 4- Follow at least 6 of the 8 good health guidelines ! All 8 of them again! I'm really with my day food-wise, I made good choices, and planned around those darned pretzels that I can't stop myself from eating when I work the center. I just planned them in. Activity-wise, I didn't make it but that's ok, later today I'll be walking around a lot. so that'll be it for today. Will~ |
