Default colds and exercising

How do you guys keep working out when you are sick? And how do I get rid of

climb any stairs. I know I need to get back to my bike, and get things back

out.

The stamina will come back soon, don't worry. Just take it slowly
until you feel better.

When I have a cold, my trainer advises me to do some lifting but to
skip cardio unless I feel like a little like bike riding. If I have a
fever, he doesn't want me to exercise at all. I rarely get sick,
though, except for feeling vaguely tired or having an uneasy stomach
now and again.

Have you gone to see a doctor about your continued breathing difficulties?
If you don't get better soon you should because it's not unheard of for a
cold to lead to pneumonia.

Or in my case, viral-triggered asthma. It's not an uncommon trigger for
asthma.

Default colds and exercising

I was sick a few days last week. If my body feels worn down I won't
exercise, but if I feel like I have a bit of energy then I'll walk or work
on the stairs. Hopefully you visit your doctor so he can prescribe medicine
to get you back in to exercise mode. I'd say if your coughing an wheezing,
I'd hold off on the exercise and just keep eating healthy.

Default colds and exercising

I was sick last week and took off 7 days to get better. I am glad I did and
I am back to my same routine. It took a few days to get back up to the
level I was at on the elliptical and treadmill, but I am doing better now.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, PG. Being sick sucks.
