Default HHH Carol S week

Great start for me...I walked at least 3 miles 7 days last week...also did
some Pilates and WATP tapes with my daughter. It's getting so that I don't
feel right unless I do get some exercise. I feel better than I have for
years!!

feel it helps me.

Actually, I have to work hard to not let it become an obsession with me. I
enjoy it so much, I've been doing it every time I get a chance. I think
I'll burn myself out if I'm not careful. I've been walking 3 miles each
morning and looking for other ways to fit some in during the day.

Today, I walked just two miles. I felt better doing it...the last mile
wasn't such a chore. I'm going to do a yoga tape in a little while, along
with some pilates. That'll round out the day better for me.

What really amazes me is that, although I am losing slower than I ever have
in the past, my clothes are all fitting better than they did at even 30
pounds less than I am now, so I'm obviously working inches away.
