Food & Exercise -- 10/13/2007
Today we drove home from PA, then ran a couple of errands (including
fetching our diabetic kitty from the vet). Have been home since then, unpacking and such. Food: * 8:30 (MIL's house): 2 eggs scrambled w/ 1 oz. ham & 1 oz. provolone cheese; 1 small glass orange juice * 1:00 (running errands, before getting home): 1 cup red grapes * 3:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & raisins * 7:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 1 slice provolone, 2 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup; 1 glass wine (French red blend -- still drinking it) Exercise: None, but a fair bit of doing stuff around the house when we got back.
