Default High Blood Pressure and Low-Carb

Been low carbing for a couple years now. Just diagnosed with
borderline high blood pressure. Wondering if there are many high blood
pressure patients that are low-carbing?

I was borderline high blood pressure when I started LC'ing. Now I am
below the border by a good 5 - 10 points.

You been stressed lately?

Mine is better, tho I don't measure it often. Sure a lot less anxiety.

Yes, quite a lot. Negotiaton in a lawsuit. Luckily by phone and email so
I can at least eat properly.

I feel a lot of stress and some fast heartbeat, and an occasional
emotional freakout, but not as often as in a less stressful period a
couple of years ago.

I was suffering from severe hypertension about 1 year ago. My cardiologist
actually recommended the low-carb diet to me.

I lost 80 pounds in the last year and everytime I have gone for a check up,
my BP has been 120/80.

Of course everyone is different so listen to your doctor!
