I agree. While some might find that protien does the trick for them,
there are those for whom fat works better. I think it's because protien
can be converted at a higher rate than fat to glucose and those who have
insulin issues are more sensitive to that.

For me, protien makes me feel full, but doesn't *last* nearly as long as
fat does. So the more protien I eat, the more calories (in the long
run) I end up eating.
