on ASDLC (she lost some weight but regained a heck of a lot of life
when she began LCing). She has a website devoted to a vegetarian
lifestyle (she also has multiple chemical sensitivity issues) which
includes a recipe selection, menu suggestions for LC vegetarian eating
and a very useful listing of protein sources including carb counts.
