Default Down .2

....and .8 below goal. Last night I had a small plate of hors d'hoeurves
and a glass of wine. For dinner at home I had two cups of split pea
soup, 1/2 a mozarella ball with a fresh tomato, our home grown lettuce
and ice tea. I know I weighed less yesterday, but that's not the point.
I've enjoyed going to parties, had my regular breakfast before my weigh
in and I still had a small loss.
