Default May Low Carb Challenge Begins Saturday ~ Sign Up Here!

Wahoo! I survived my first month of motherhood. I have to admit, my eating
habits are horrible. Thank you for allowing me a month off of hosting the
Challenge. I needed it.

The question is: How did you do in April?????

My daughter is 5 weeks old today. It's time to get back to low carbing and
get my body down to a reasonable weight. I'm 170ish at the moment. I
believe I actually broke 200 during my pregnancy. Very huge!!!

Time to begin the new Challenge. Please post your stats as follows to join
in the May Challenge!

183.

Congratulations on your first month Carol Ann! I havent taken part in the
challenge for a few months, but my weightloss has been really slow lately
and I need to find the motivation to really start buckling down and reach my
next goal. So count me in!

I just re started and lost 8lb(4kg) in 2 weeks, thats a mamoth effort for

I am doing OWL, up to 30 carbs a day. Still in Ketosis.So going on up to 35
carbs a day next week. Having some difficulties, but tackling them the best I
can. Had to drop caffeine once again, caused sugar cravings. Then I tried
introducing cheese again this week, new skin breakouts.

The neurosurgeon appointment isn't until May 18th. So figured what the heck,
join on back in on the challange.
