It's been way too long since we had a cauliflower thread ... post your

I agree. Naked cauliflower. Er, almost naked, perhaps
dressed in a bit blue cheese.

No recipe needed: provide your own.

My favorite way to use cauliflower is in place of mashed potatoes in a
casserole or as a side dish. It's delicious and I love the
mashed-potato-ish texture. It doesn't taste like potatoes, but that's okay.

My 2nd favorite way to use cauliflower is in place of rice (processed
differently, of course, to get a rice-like texture) and use it in a rice
type of dish such as Spanish fiesta chicken & rice.

It is rare that I miss spaghetti these days, but if I do, I steam chopped
cauliflower, and mix with spaghetti sauce. A healthy spread of grated
cheese on top makes it perfect.

roasted cauliflower is great. some olive oil salt pepper garlic roast at about
325. mix in some lager chopped onions sausages and it is a full meal. You can
also melt some cheese on top when it is done blue is great.
