Default leaky gut syndrome the easy way to loose weight.

This has got to be the easiest way to loose weight. Its starts usually with a
case of overgrown Candida. I got this from too many antibiotics for years
because of stomach problems and lung infections (caused by then unknown food
allergies)
So you get the overgrowth of bacteria and fun things happen for me it was food
allergies (started with wheat) and sore muscles a bit foggy brained and tired
all the time.
No matter how much I ate I never had a lot of energy and carbs gave me no
extra energy. It was a struggle to bike the 20 miles a day that I do.
Well with a lot of figuring out and experimenting I found food allergies were
causing all of my lung problems. Well then I found out why I was having these
problems. I had a candidia overgrowth. This took several years to really get
going and I had been suffering with it for about 1.5 years.
Ok so there are several treatments that nuke the bad yeasts. Well I get that
done and I am feeling better and trying to learn what I can eat. Well I am
having more allergic reactions then ever and now any carbs get me. All grains,
beans, sugars of any type and milk (though not cheese) and cream. Now what these
allergies caused was the sole muscles and tiredness and worst of all food
allergy Induced asthma. I found out this is caused by leaky gut.
http://www.mdheal.org/leakygut.htm all it means is your gut have tiny holes and
food leaks out. This causes your bodies' immune system to react to this food and
causes the allergies. And with me the big one is the asthma. Now I have asthma
and it is not very bad. But this is 10 times worse. If I ate something that I
had reactions too a couple three times in as many days I could have 2 or 3 days
of really tight lungs that no meds relived. All I could do was sit around and
read or play a video game. Then a week or two of manageable lessoning till back
to normal or the next screw-up. There were some hard lessons. All I can eat is
meats nuts and veggies. I am not sure on carby veggies but I am not talking any
chances. When I goofed and misread a label I sure suffered. I used to be fine
with cream but when I made some low carb pudding with it off I went. Or it could
have been the splenda since it has other things in it. I don't know for sure.
Though I only ate some of the pudding made with saccrine I don't remember
problems with it other then the bitter taste.
So I do a lot of online questioning and find out I have the leaky gut
problem. And it gets worse once you kill off the candidia. I found out what
helps it and bought three things. Stupid me tried them all and reacted to
something. They all had nothing I knew I reacted with. So this weekend was no
fun at all. When I feel better I will try them one at a time like I should have.
Part of this is malnutrition. I knew I was having problems with eating enough
but never knew why. Right now I bet I eat about 3000 to 3500 calories a day. But
I loose atleast a pound a week or more. Once I stopped eating any carbs I lost 7
pounds in a week and a half. Gained 4.5 in two days because I was dehydrated and
lost it and two more now on the 3rd week.
Talk about crazy. These food allergies really drain me and I am trying very
hard not to eat anything that gets to me. This will heal on it's own but I hope
I can speed it along and be somewhat normal.

allergies, digestive problems and feeling like CRAP all the time! I hope it
heals as quickly as possible!

Re the pudding you made, what did it have for thickener? If it was corn

Yikes! How HORRIBLE this has been for you! I really feel for you with
allergies, digestive problems and feeling like CRAP all the time! I hope it
heals as quickly as possible!

the allergies are the only real problem anymore. I have to be so careful. I
need to try the new med's one at a time and only one a week.
but this does not usually heal too fast from what I read. usually several
months. so I want to try as many things that help as I can.
but atleast I figured it out my doctor was no help at all.

just cream or unsweetened soy milk (tried both separately) eggs some butter
vanilla and once coconut. the eggs were plenty to thicken it.

plus splenda. I don't think I had a problem with the other sweetener but I am
not positive.
