Default no-cook cheddar cheese sauce

no-cook cheddar cheese sauce

1/4 cup crumbled Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8 tsp black pepper

in a blender combine the cheese, mayo, and vinegar.
With blender running slowly add cream.
season with pepper.

I imagine any firm, stronger flavoured cheese would work in this. And
adding things like lemon juice, roasted garlic clove or 2 (to the mayo).
Might work well. Also a vinegar change up might be nice

again no carb info

Thanks. I've been looking for ways to eat more cheddar (brain food . This
sounds like it could be a good dip for vegs, maybe with sour cream or
yogurt instead of all sweet cream.
