Default I Walk the Line

Here's what 1200 calories bought me today:

Breakfast; Cottage cheese with yogurt and pineapple, coffee

Lunch: calve's liver with mushrooms and onions
tomato, onion, capers, blue cheese on watercress, a drizzle of olive oil

Snack: yogurt with honey

2 oz. beef tenderloin grilled

Dinner: Filet of sole, beets with mustard sauce and rosemary, yellow
and green zucchini in homemade tomato sauce

Asparagus and roasted red peppers with goat cheddar and a drizzle of
olive oil

Pear

These meals are typical of what I've been having.
