Than get stuck on low calorie diet and don't improve anything.
That's true, if you guys reacted like this, you don't deserve these informations. I've been fitness enthousiast with credentials in this field since 10 years. I'm a personal trainer who charges 100$ per hour for giving these informations. All my customers who follows these rules get results. This basic rules have been tested and tested over again and it works. You take it or lose it. As you wish. Have a nice day. And I'll keep posting in bodybuilding and fitness enthousiasts newsgroup, you are right. That way, people will listen to me.
