Recommend nutition calculator software or app?
Quite a few years ago I had a cd rom that enabled me to design meals in wchich I could see all the known nutrients and how close I was to meeting recommended daily amounts. I am struggling to find the modern equivalent. I'd be really grateful for any recommendations of windows software or Apple app for this.
Many thanks in advance, Mark. |

Hi Mark,
Did you said CD ROM that enabled you to design meals?? May I know the company name of the that cd rom? How about having your food and workout schedule to meet your fitness goals? |

It is an Australian site and I use that quite a lot. It allows you to look up what's in a whole range of foods. My main interest is, of course, how many calories. Hopefully this post will help others looking for the same thing. Greg http://dailytips4weightloss.com |
