and now I'm running to catch up! I've gone overboard in the past month
with too many calories/carbs etc.
Yesterday I had another bodycomp done to see how bad the damage was - I'm

up
5 lbs, but my bodyfat actually went down a fraction of a percent. I

gained
about 3 lbs muscle, and 2 lbs fat... So I started my own sort of

induction
yesterday, cutting calories and slashing carbs - and wow! Did I ever have
cravings last night! It was awful. I managed to not eat anything else
after dinner, had my herbal tea w/splenda and went to bed.
So, my goal is to keep my calories between 1200-1400 with a refeed on the
weekend, and keep carbs around 100-125g. I have already scheduled my next
bodycomp for Oct 31, so I have a "deadline" of sorts to keep me

accountable.
Want to drop 3-5 lbs of fat by then. I'm so looking forward to ski season
opening, because cardio is a total non-issue during the season - I'll be

up
there every weekend and on evenings throughout...

I am so jazzed to go skiing again that I'm afraid I might kill myself once I
get on the slopes. I haven't skied in 12 years but was a very avid skier in
HS and for a year or two afterward. Mind you, the midwest has these little
moguls that they refer to as ski hills, but if I get my legs back I will be
Rockies bound next winter
