How did you regain weight?
Bottom line - I stopped working my WOL. (Sure, I could come up with various reasons why I stopped my WOL, but they are just thinly veiled excuses.) I stopped exercising regularily I stopped counting calories I stopped counting fat grams I stopped drinking water I stopped logging my food intake I stopped actively participating in a positive support structure (ASD) In a nutshell, you have my self titled Triple S program - Six Simple Steps.
