ALEX!

Alex , you inspire me! You and I seem to be in the same old boat with
our 'right back to the start' with a regain. I had lost a nice amount as
I was slowly changing my whole WOL but I fell back AGAIN. I struggled as
I have kept my weight lower than it was a few years ago . I had stopped
weighing after I reached 269 and that was more than ten years ago . I
was trying to face my gain before I was back to the over 200 but I'm too
close to this. THAN I saw you here . I feel better as i see how you are
facing this . You are trying to break free of the eating compulsion as
most here are doing. I am glad to see how you face this with 'one step
at a time' and I gather strength .

You are welcome! I am glad that my postings are giving you some
encouragment and hope. There is so much benefit that is devired from
sharing our experiences. Sometimes, just knowing that you're not alone
is therapeutic.

I realize that I haven't actively posted for the longest time, but I'm
back with a Vengence! Sounds like a movie in the making!
