Default Less than 1kg to goal

Had my weigh in last night down 300g to make me less than 1 kg from
my WW goal. Now for a really good week then I will make it. My
personal goal is about 58kg to give me a tolerance of about 2 to 3 kg,
my real goal is to stay below 60kg.

Otherwise I have to wait and see I am scheduled for a thyroid node Op
in the beginning of May, depending on the Lab results a second
Operation the same week to remove a perfectly normal functioning
Thyroid. I really hope not because I will be hypothyroid for 6 weeks
during the Radiotherapie :-( It makes me sad because of all the work I
have put in to get this far. I will remain optimistic ( no point
worrying until the lab results are in after the 1st op)

I will get to goal before the op and stay there after it. Hope
everyone else has a good week

I don't think my week was bad, I knew about the first op some time
ago, and I had a loss so I think it was an ok week

Congratulations Michelle. You're doing great. I hope the test results are
good and you don't have to have the second op.

You're doing a great job so far. I hope everything goes well with the
thyroid - I understand how medical stuff can make you feel like you're being
derailed. You just have to remember to try and stay positive and if/when
you get negative, try to get over it quickly. Enjoy reaching your goal!

Thanks Jenn, you have been a great inspiration with all the
difficulties you have had. I can do this too.

Hi Michelle,

Sorry I haven't written sooner than now. Anyway I'm very happy for you
for being so close to your weight goal. I had to go and get a conversion
calculator cause I'm not hip on kilogram conversions...lol...but now I know
a kilogram is 2.2 pounds. I bet your a petite little thing at around 134
lbs. How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? Also I'm sorry to hear
you have to have an operation, but I hope you get better and hope that it
doesn't affect your weight. I'm very proud of you for being so close to
your goal. Don't forget to DANCE ;)

Hi Ozzie,

Congrats on almost being at your goal! I am sorry to hear about the
upcoming thyroid surgery. Can't they put you on meds so you don't go
hypo???? You are right in trying to stay positive...
